This is the starting place for anyone who wants to train and certify in PRINCE2® project management.
Over 3 days, we cover an overview of the PRINCE2® methodology and the 7 principles, themes and processes that guide the entire PRINCE2® approach.
We’ll also prepare you to sit the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification – Days 4 & 5
At Practitioner level, we approach PRINCE2® from the perspective of being able to tailor and apply the methodology to a case study.
How Can I Get a PRINCE2® Certification?
Getting PRINCE2® certified can be done in a focused time frame using our format:
Step 1: Book Training Dates
Our PRINCE2® courses run throughout the year in Dublin and as online live virtual training. Course places fill up fast, so we recommend getting in touch to secure the dates that suit you best as soon as possible.
Step 2: Attend Training & Evening Study
Our PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exam preparation course takes place over 5 days. Classroom courses are 5 consecutive days, while virtual training courses have a gap between Day 3 and Day 4.
During this time, you will need to allow a few hours each evening to study for your exams.
Step 3: Exams and Certification
For classroom courses, the Foundation exam takes place on the afternoon of Day 3 of training and the Practitioner exam takes place on the afternoon of Day 5 of training.
For virtual training, students usually schedule and sit their online Foundation exam in the break between Days 3 and 4 (we strongly recommend this strategy). Once training has been completed, students schedule and sit their online Practitioner exam when ready.
